Technical Description

This high frequency straight seam welded pipe production line processes steel belt through a feeding unit, where rollers form it into tube billet steel. The high frequency proximity effect and skin effect instantly heat the strip edges to welding temperature, with squeezing rollers completing the weld. The pipe then undergoes water cooling, sizing, and straightening to meet required specifications.

The production line incorporates innovative design elements from domestic and international equipment, optimized for operational simplicity and maintenance ease. With high machining quality and assembly precision, it produces electric welded steel pipes with exceptional accuracy.
