This equipment is specially used for producingΦ19.05-Φ76.2mm, δ0.8-3.0mm high-frequency straight seam welded pipe and corresponding square pipe and special-shaped pipe(δ≤2.5mm). The composition of equipment is from uncoiler to fixed length cutting saw. Rolling speed can be adjusted correspondingly within suitable range of pipe diameter and wall thickness.

(1) Hot or cold-rolled steel strip (As per GB708-88 or GB1591-88)
(2) Material: Low-carbon steel, low alloy steelδs≤345Mpa, δb≤610Mpa
(3) The thickness of steel strip: 0.8-3.0mm (As per GB708-88)
(4) The width of steel strip: 60-240mm
(5) I.D. of steel coil: Φ450-Φ550mm
(6) O.D. of steel coil: Φ800-Φ1200mm
(7) Maximum weight coil: 3000kgs
3. Dimension range of processing steel tube:
(1) O.D.: Φ19.05-Φ76.2mm
(2) Square pipe size: 18x18~60x60mm
(3) rectangle pipe size:15x20~40x80mm
(4) Wall thickness: 0.8-3.0mm(square pipe and special-shaped pipeδ≤2.5mm)

4. Milling speed: 30-80M/min(choose different speed as per different pipe diameter and thickness)
5. Product (steel tube) process flow:
Raw material (steel coil) → uncoiling → shearing and end welding → material accumulating → non-power leveling → mill-forming → high-frequency welding → removing burrs outside of weld seam → cooling → sizing → roughly straightening → fixed length cutting → finishing tube
6. Advised user’s necessary accessories (only for reference):
(1) Mechanical equipment site: 55m×4.5m (length × width)

(3) Machine unit foundation base (See supplier’s base drawing)
(4) Two sets of 10-ton overhead crane
(5) Power supply:

b. Solid-state high-frequency welder: 250 KW
(6) Saw blades for tracking saw, specification as per instruction book and quantity as per customer need.
(7) Magnetic bar for welding pipe, purchase as per pipe making size.
(8) One set of Φ3", 32m high-pressure pumps for pipe-welding machine cooling.
(9) One set of cooling water pool for pipe-making machine, the volume 30 m3 with water pipe, water pressure meter and valve. (Decide size and quantity when installation on site, purchase from market)
(10) Machine unit electric circuit. Before assembling, circuit must reach the electric cabinet of high-frequency room. Electric connection for high-frequency room to overall control table and button station. (Decide size and quantity when installation on site, purchase from market)
(11) High-frequency room for machine unit. Adopting ground or attic according to customer’s layout.
(12) Lifting equipment and tooling for installing machine, maximum weight of one part is 10 tons.

4) We can also sent the engineer working for you serval months or 1 year. The engineer will help you to improve the output, reduce the waste and decrease the cost.
5) We supply the pre-sell service-Design for whole project for stainless steel pipe making/ carbon steel pipe making.
