HG530 High-Frequency Welded Pipe Mill Line is designed to produce round pipe (Diaφ325-530mm, thickness 4-9mm).

 

Use FFX molding: On this equipment, the most economical and reasonable molding process is used to continuously and smoothly bend into a seamed tube. Due to the special design of the entire roll structure and its adjustment, it can adapt to the forming of all product sizes and specifications without the need to replace rolls.

The closed-hole type frame part is a three-frame four-high rolling mill, and the rolls need to be replaced according to different product outer diameters. In order to facilitate quick change of specifications, the closed-hole type frame frame is specially designed and installed in a special replacement frame. The connection and separation with the base and the driving part are driven by hydraulic pressure, and the replacement can be completed in tens of minutes.

  • Forming & Sizing

The forming & sizing unit is the vital equipment to the pipe mill line. This unit abide by the roll frame theory. It could continue process some specification steel tube by no-contact welding, that is carrying some strip steel to this unit and let it passing the frame roll to frame tube raw, and then take the electric fluid together on the tube welding surface so as to treat the tube temperature higher to suit welding by the pressing roll welding, and then after cooling, forming sizing and flattener to product what is your demand tube.

 

  • Milling Saw

When the forming & sizing part sends the formed steel pipe to the saw, the saw car tracks to be synchronized with the pipe speed. Clamp the tube. The two sawing systems installed on the turntable take the saw blade to rotate on its own, and feed under the drive of the feed AC servo motor. The sawing system performs compound movement in the turntable and its own feed, and cuts the steel pipe along the cross-sectional shape track of the piece to be cut.Then each system relaxes back to its original position and waits for the next working cycle.
