General Introduction:

 

 

This machine is our company in order to meet the requirements of the international market, according to our company LW series unit combined with FF forming technology,developped the automatic square and rectangular tube mill line.

The cold-formed multi-point pre-bending process is adopted to make the deformation soft, the deformation stress is not concentrated, and the strength of the steel pipe is improved. The molding process adopts a combined mold design, and a set of molds can produce rectangular steel pipes of any specification within the specified range. The rolls are completely shared, the rolls can be saved by 90%, the roll change time can be reduced by 90%, and the production capacity can be increased by 80%, which can meet the production mode of multiple varieties and small batches.

 

 

 

,The main characteristics of the equipment:

In a very short period of time to finish the adjustment of the roller, extreme reduce the roller change time when replace the products, thus improve the efficiency and reduce the productive cost;

 

  • Due to the equipment adopts one set of combined mould, producing the different specifications of the tube, only need to adjust,no need to change,the roller savings rate at above 90%,thus reducing the cost of the roller;
  • Due to the equipment adopts the motor automatic adjustment,thus decreasing the number of workers,reduce the labor costs,decreased the workers labor intensity, improved the workers working environment;
  • The equipment operation is simple,just need to know the size and the wall thickness of the tubes in the production,then input it to the interface,it will make adjustment automatically, thus lower levels of debugging personnel's technical requirements;
  • With automatic adjustment, decreased the input of tools and damage to equipment when change the roll, improve the service life of the equipment;
  • Due to structure of the composite roll,the point contact between the roll and strip instead of the original line contact,reduce the roll wear and improve the service life of roll;

Can produce a certain specification of opening cold bend steel, such as U,C section steel etc., width and height of the product can be adjusted infinitely.

4 production procedure:

5.4 Forming and sizing:

5.4.1 Function:Using the process of direct square multi-point pre-bending, a certain specification of long strip steel is continuously rolled into a tube and welded into a tube. The heating method is high-frequency induction welding.

5.4.2 Process description:The steel strip of a certain specification is fed into the machine, and the strip steel is coiled into a tube blank through the forming roller, and then the skin effect and proximity effect of the high-frequency current are used to make the current highly concentrated on the edge of the confluence angle tube, so that the tube edge is quickly heated The welding temperature is reached, and the welding is completed under the squeezing force of the squeeze roll, and then cooled, sizing and rough straightened to become the required specifications of steel pipe.

5.4.3 Composition:Feeding part, five-roll passive leveling, forming part, welding part, cooling part, sizing part, rough straightening part, motor reducer and other transmission connection parts.

5.5 saw:

6. Automatic packing machine (option)


Counting, palletizing:After the number of steel pipes reaches the specified number, the entire layer of steel pipes will be sent to the material frame by the layer sucker mechanism, according to the set package type, after the stacking is completed, the entire package of steel pipes will be transported to the packing rack.Function description:

Strapping:The package transfer roller table is started, and the whole package of steel pipes are moved out of the palletizing station and transferred to the strapping station; automatic packaging and manual welding are completed, and the water is controlled at the same time.

Traverse:The side rollers are opened, and the bundled steel pipes are removed. Reach the weight measurement position.

cycle:After the whole package of steel pipes are removed, the lifting platform returns to the receiving position and waits for the stacking of the next package of steel pipes. The stacking connection between each package of steel pipes realizes seamless docking to ensure the continuity of work.

The electrical control adopts PLC program control, touch screen (PLC adopts German Siemens), realizes man-machine dialogue, can freely switch between manual and automatic, and the electrical components use Delixi brand. In the program, you only need to input the number of steel pipes per layer, the number of layers of each bundle of steel pipes and the necessary parameters. After adjustment, the baler will automatically stack the required complete package of steel pipes.
