Manufacturing Process
Step 1 - Coils: Carbon steel coils prepared for pipe and tube production
Step 2 - Uncoiler: Carbon steel coil is placed on the uncoiler
Step 3 - Leveler: The coil stock is leveled
Step 4 - Mill: Flat steel passes through forming rolls to create pipe
Step 5 - Mill Rollers: Rolls form the steel into the required shape
Step 6 - Welder: Electric Resistance Welder completes the pipe or tube
Step 7 - Scarfer: The seam is smoothed for uniform surface
Step 8 - Saw: Pipe and tube are cut to specified lengths
