This equipment is specially designed for producing Φ20-Φ80mm, δ1-4.0mm high-frequency straight seam welded pipe and corresponding square pipe (17*17-62*62mm, 1.2-3.0mm). The complete system includes components from uncoiler to fixed length cutting saw, with rolling speed adjustable according to pipe diameter and wall thickness.

The ERW pipe mill with high frequency solid welder can produce round pipe, square pipe and rectangular pipe at high speed, and can also produce L, T, Z shape pipes, reducing roller costs while ensuring finished pipe quality.

Material (steel coil) → uncoiler → shear and welder → horizontal (or cage) accumulator → forming mill → HF solid welder → sizing mill → roughly straightening (turkey head) → cut off machine → run out table

This high-frequency welded tube mill line is engineered to produce round tubes with diameters of 25.4-114 mm and wall thicknesses of 0.8-4.0 mm. Utilizing roll forming technology, it processes steel strip into various shapes. The system employs high frequency induction heating to create section material of diverse diameters and sizes by precisely welding seams together. Advanced aperture technology, PLC automatic control system, and British Eurasia Digital speed-regulating unit ensure reliable operation and easy maintenance.
