ERW Tube Mill for Carbon Steel Pipe Production Line 16-76mm

The high frequency straight seam square steel tube making machine processes fixed strip after slitting, forming it into pipe through rollers, melting strip edges with high frequency current, and welding them closed with squeeze rolls. This ERW pipe mill produces precision steel tubes for industrial applications.

The production line transforms continuously coiled flat strip into finished tubular products by aligning edges, welding them in position, and sizing/straightening to required specifications.
