Manufacturing Process

Coils: Carbon steels that are going to be made into pipe and tube
Uncoiler: The carbon steel coil is placed on the uncoiler
Leveler: The coil stock is leveled
Butt welding: Connect the last coil to next coil for uninterrupted forming & sizing
Mill: Goes through a series of rolls that form the flat steel into pipe
Mill Rollers: Rolls form this size schedule into shape
Welder: An Electric Resistance Welder finishes the pipe or tube
Scarfer: The seam is "scarfed" to make the pipe or tube smooth
Saw: The pipe and tube is sawed cut to length
Collecting: Finally, collecting pipes and tubes for packing
