Product Overview

We offer standard tube mills for common product sizes as well as specialized equipment covering a wide diameter range of metal tubes and pipes - from 3/16" (4.76mm) O.D. cold stretch reducing mills to 28" OD cage mills.

Our mills can be equipped with high-frequency induction or contact welders, DC and AC Square Wave Welding (ERW) to meet various welding requirements.

Production Process

Step 1 - Coils: Carbon steel coils prepared for processing

Step 2 - Uncoiler: Coil placed on the uncoiler

Step 3 - Leveler: Coil stock is leveled

Step 4 - Butt Welding: Connects coils for uninterrupted forming

Step 5 - Mill: Rolls form flat steel into pipe

Step 6 - Mill Rollers: Forms steel into specified size

Step 7 - Welder: Electric Resistance Welder finishes the pipe

Step 8 - Scarfer: Smooths the pipe seam

Step 9 - Saw: Cuts pipe to specified length

Step 10 - Collecting: Pipes collected for packing
