Product Description
The HG60 mill is designed for manufacturing round pipes with diameters of Φ22mm-Φ76mm and thicknesses of 0.8-3.5mm. It processes cold-rolled and hot-rolled coil strips into unclosed tubular blanks, which are then welded into tubes using high-frequency welding technology. The complete process includes edge heating, longitudinal seam welding, cooling, sizing/shaping, and on-stream cutting to measured lengths.
ERW Pipe Manufacturing Process
Raw material (steel coil) → Uncoiling → Shearing and butt welding → Material accumulator → Passively leveling → Mill forming → High frequency welding → Removing butts outside of weld seam → Cooling → Sizing → Roughly straightening → Fixed length cutting → Runout table
Machine Components
  • Forming parts: Seven frames of horizontal roll rack, four frames of empty curving rack, four frames of vertical roll rack, and one frame of feeding rack
