功能:用于承载带钢卷,旋转钢卷与直头压辊,铲刀配合把钢卷拆开.将钢卷的中心对准机组的中心线,开卷机具有微制动装置,防止紧急停车时带钢卷回弹松卷.当上卷车将钢卷运送到开卷机中心,开卷机左右锥头将钢卷支撑并夹紧,然后开卷机电机配合压辊,铲刀将钢卷打开,并将钢带头部送入夹送矫平机,钢带送入夹送矫平机后,开卷机离合器打开,微制动装置制动.若钢带进入夹送矫平机后钢带中心与机组中心线不重合,可将开卷机左右锥头整体向左或向右移动,将钢带中心对正机组中心线.开卷机左右锥头也可单头向左或向右移动.
