The HG60 Steel Tube Making Machine features a rational design structure with touch screen HMI and PLC digital program control. This automated system offers:

This cold roll forming machine uses multi-channel forming molds to transform metal coils into specific section profiles through plastic deformation. It's specialized equipment for producing various steel profiles including channel steel, angle steel, C channel steel, and high-speed guardrail plates.

Production Process

Step 1 - Coils

Carbon steel coils prepared for pipe and tube production

Step 2 - Uncoiler

Carbon steel coil is placed on the uncoiler

Step 3 - Leveler

The coil stock is leveled for uniform processing

Step 4 - Mill

Flat steel passes through forming rolls to create pipe shape

Step 5 - Mill Rollers

Rolls form the steel into specified size and shape

Step 6 - Welder

Electric Resistance Welder completes the pipe/tube formation

Step 7 - Scarfer

The seam is smoothed for uniform surface finish

Step 8 - Saw

Final pipe/tube is cut to required length
