Automatic ERW Steel Pipe Production Line for Round Square Rectangular Pipes

This high precision production line is designed to manufacture welded steel pipes with diameters of Φ114mm-Φ273mm and wall thicknesses of 2.0mm-10.0mm, capable of producing square pipes ranging from 60*60mm to 200*200mm. Incorporating advanced pipe making technology from both domestic and international sources, our innovative design offers an economical yet practical solution for steel pipe production.

• The ERW tube mill & pipe mill is a series of machines that builds longitudinal weld seam tubes and pipes with steel strips of certain width.
• Process begins by uncoiling and flattening the slitted steel coils into steel strips.
• Flattened strips are inserted into the forming machine where rollers shape them into round pipes.
• Rolled strips are welded using a high frequency solid state welder.
• Welded tubes are formed to expected shape/size in a sizing machine before being cut to length and bundled.

• High precision: Level roller jumps 0.01, frame and slide clearance ≤0.02, frame vertical degree ≤0.05, each frame parallel degree ≤0.1, steel pipe diameter and roundness error ≤0.08
• Incorporates Japanese technology to meet high accuracy requirements
• Schedulable worm gear and worm adjustment with high precision
• 3D adjustable scraping scar with ±20° rotation capability
• Turkish head push square technology reduces mold weight while ensuring stable forming and uniform R angles
• Level up shaft with nylon damping blocks reduces impact on shaft and bearing
