This machine is between shear welder and host (forming sizing mill) ,use for after a roll of strip steel are used up, before the next roll strip since prepared from uncoiling, shearing and butt welding time to ensure that the host (forming sizing mill) continuous production and store enough strip steel.

This unit is main include in press& carry material device, accumulator assemble, carry off material unit, electric control unit.

  • press & carry material device:It is main include frame, electric motor, brake unit, circling direction transfer power axle of the reduce velocity, press & carry roll, pressure air system of guide roll, inspected velocity unit; it can supply the strip steel to accumulator and the mean times it will transfer the carry velocity information to electric control system, when we demand stop carry the material to this unit, it will stop roll to the electric motor and press& carry material roll by the break, and also could adjust the velocity to carry electric motor and the unit carry material velocity.
  1. Accumulator frame assemble: include the electric motor, frame , inner circle roll, out circle roll and pressure roll. It can be used to storage the strip steel material from press& carry unit and it could be draw from the center send-off material roll.

Function description:

Counting, palletizing:After the number of steel pipes reaches the specified number, the entire layer of steel pipes will be sent to the material frame by the layer sucker mechanism, according to the set package type, after the stacking is completed, the entire package of steel pipes will be transported to the packing rack.

Strapping:The package transfer roller table is started, and the whole package of steel pipes are moved out of the palletizing station and transferred to the strapping station; automatic packaging and welding are completed, and the water is controlled at the same time.

Traverse:The side rollers are opened, and the bundled steel pipes are removed. Reach the weight measurement position.

cycle:After the whole package of steel pipes are removed, the lifting platform returns to the receiving position and waits for the stacking of the next package of steel pipes. The stacking connection between each package of steel pipes realizes seamless docking to ensure the continuity of work.

The electrical control adopts PLC program control, touch screen (PLC adopts German Siemens), realizes man-machine dialogue, can freely switch between manual and automatic, and the electrical components use Delixi brand. In the program, you only need to input the number of steel pipes per layer, the number of layers of each bundle of steel pipes and the necessary parameters. After adjustment, the baler will automatically stack the required complete package of steel pipes.

 

Note: After the device is automatically reset to zero every time it is started, it performs a self-check. After the device is in a normal state, it can be officially operated.
