Product Overview
The hydraulic tester is designed for performing leaking and hydraulic pressure tests on ERW or spiral welded pipes. The testing process involves sealing both ends of the pipe, filling it with liquid (typically water, sometimes dyed for better leak visibility), and pressurizing to the specified test pressure. Key Differences Between ERW and Spiral Welded Pipe Testers
Longitudinal weld pipe hydraulic testers utilize outside diameter sealing or sealing for large gaps. In contrast, spiral welding pipe hydraulic testers employ polyurethane to seal pipe end faces and incorporate a system to maintain oil and water balance.
