This ERW pipe mill with high frequency solid welder can produce round pipes, square pipes, and rectangular pipes at high speed. It can also produce L, T, and Z shape pipes, reducing roller costs while ensuring finished pipe quality.

Cold Sawing Cutting System

The digitally controlled cold cutting machine consists of mechanical, electronic, and hydraulic components. Three shafts (tracking shaft, cutting feeding shaft, and saw blade rotating shaft) are controlled by a special motion controller with servo motor drive. Parameters are entered via LCD touch screen, and working conditions can be monitored in real-time.

The cold saw uses high-speed steel blades and operates synchronously with the pipe mill production line. The CNC system ensures precise cutting speed and position accuracy, with adjustable feeding and rotating speeds programmed according to technological requirements.
