Precision Tube Mill Machine for 25-76mm Round Square Rectangular Pipes

This mill is designed for manufacturing round pipes (Φ12mm-Φ38mm) with thickness of 0.5mm-2.0mm from cold-rolled and hot-rolled coil strip. The process involves forming unclosed tubular blanks, welding them into tubes using high-frequency welding, cooling, sizing/shaping, and cutting to measured lengths.

Material (steel coil) → Uncoiler → Shear and welder → Horizontal (or cage) accumulator → Forming mill → HF solid welder → Sizing mill → Rough straightening (turkey head) → Cut off machine → Run out table
