This production line manufactures welded steel pipes of Φ32mm-Φ140mm with 1.0mm-5.0mm wall thickness, capable of producing square pipes from 25×25mm to 110×110mm. • Produces longitudinal weld seam tubes and pipes from steel strips of specific width
• Process begins with uncoiling and flattening steel coils into strips
• Forming machine rolls strips into round pipe shape using roller tooling
• High frequency solid state welder joins the rolled strips in the weld box
• Sizing machine forms tubes to expected shape/size before cutting to length

• High precision: Level roller jumps 0.01, frame/slide clearance ≤0.02, frame verticality ≤0.05, frame parallelism ≤0.1, pipe diameter/roundness error ≤0.08

• Worm gear adjustment with schedulable precision control
