Product Overview

The high-speed MS pipe making machinery is a fully automated, high precision ERW tube mill designed for manufacturing round pipes of Φ12mm-Φ38mm with thickness of 0.5mm-2.0mm from cold-rolled and hot-rolled coil strip.

Production Capabilities

The KJ Series Straight Seam High Frequency Steel ERW pipe mill lines manufacture welded steel pipes with diameter range from Φ7mm-Φ219mm and wall thickness range 0.2mm-8.0mm. Capable of producing profiled pipes including square, rectangular, and oval pipes.

Production Process

Material (steel coil) → Uncoiler → Shear and Welder → Horizontal (or cage) Accumulator → Forming Mill → HF Solid Welder → Sizing Mill → Rough Straightening (Turkey Head) → Cut Off Machine → Run Out Table
