Product Description

HG60 Steel Pipe Making Square Tube Mill Machine High Frequency Welding is a high precision tube mill that builds longitudinal weld seam tubes with steel strips of certain width.

The process begins by uncoiling and flattening the slit steel coils into steel strips. These strips are then inserted into the tube mill forming machine where rollers bend them into a round tube shape. The round tube is then welded using a high frequency or solid state welder before being formed to the expected shape (round, square, rectangular, etc.) or size in a sizing machine. Finally, the tube is cut to length and bundled.
