Digitally controlled cold cutting machine consists of mechanical, electronic, and hydraulic components. Three shafts (tracking shaft, cutting feeding shaft, saw blade rotating shaft) are controlled by a special motion controller with servo motor drive. Parameters are entered via LCD touch screen, which also displays working conditions. The high-speed steel saw blades operate synchronously with the production line, with CNC system ensuring precise cutting speed and position accuracy.
