General Introduction

This production line manufactures High Frequency Induction Welded (HFW) carbon steel tubes through cold forming of carbon steel strip into circular shape, longitudinal welding, and sizing to specified dimensions. The HG60 high frequency straight welded pipe production line produces welded steel pipes of Φ21.3mm-Φ33.7mm with 1.0mm-3.25mm wall thickness, capable of producing profiled pipes of the same size.

This Carbon Steel ERW Tube Mill produces stainless steel pipes for decorative applications including furniture, hand railings, household appliances, curtain rails, and more. Capable of manufacturing round, square, rectangular, oval, and other irregular pipe shapes.

Cold Sawing Cutting

The digitally controlled cold cutting machine features mechanical, electronic, and hydraulic components with three servo motor-driven shafts (tracking, cutting feed, and saw blade rotation) controlled by a specialized motion controller. Parameters are entered via LCD touch screen with real-time monitoring. The high-speed steel saw blades operate synchronously with the production line, with CNC-controlled cutting speed and position accuracy.
