Our mill utilizes roll forming theory to continuously coil steel strip into ERW pipe barrels, forming longitudinal seam joints under squeeze roller pressure. Induction welding heats the longitudinal seam through high frequency electric current concentration on the bond surface, quickly welding it into pipe blanks. After cooling, sizing and straightening, the finished ERW pipe is produced.
