Precision Tube Mill for Stainless Steel Round Square Rectangular Pipes

This high precision full automatic tube mill begins with coil loading at the uncoiler, followed by butt-welding the coil ends and delivering to the accumulator. The strip is then continuously pulled at fixed speed, formed into opened-pipe at the forming machine, and welded by High Frequency welder. Subsequent processes include deburring, cooling, shaping, and sizing into round, rectangular, or square pipes. The sized pipe is straightened after the Turkey-head device and cut to fixed length by flying saw before final inspection.

This production line can manufacture round, rectangular, and square pipes from cold/hot-rolled coil materials, suitable for metallurgy, construction, transportation, machinery, and automobile industries. The "W" forming type ensures optimal force distribution and perfect forming shape at each stand.

• Precision measurements: between level roller jumps 0.01mm, between frame and slide clearance ≤0.02mm
• Frame vertical degree ≤0.05mm, each frame parallel degree ≤0.1mm
• Steel pipe diameter and roundness error ≤0.08mm
