Product Overview

This Tube Mill Machine is designed for producing Φ19-Φ76mm, δ0.7-3.0 mm high-frequency straight seam welded pipes, including corresponding square pipes and special-shaped pipes. The complete equipment setup ranges from decoiler to fixed length cutting saw, with adjustable rolling speed based on pipe diameter and wall thickness.

Production Process

Raw material (steel coil) → decoiling → shearing and welding → accumulator → non-power leveling → forming milling → high frequency welding → de-burr frame → cooling unit → sizing unit → rough straightening → fixed length cutting → run out table
