This equipment is specially used for producingΦ19-Φ76mm,δ0.7-3.0 mm high-frequency straight seam welded pipe and corresponding square pipe and special-shaped pipe. The composition of equipment is from decoiler to fixed length cutting saw. Rolling speed can be adjusted correspondingly within suitable range of pipe diameter and wall thickness.

(1) Hot, cold-rolled steel strip and galvanized (As per GB700-88 or GB1591-88)

1.4 General process
Raw material (steel coil) → decoiling→ shearing and welding→ accumulator → non-power leveling →forming milling →high frequency welding →de-burr frame→ cooling unit→ sizing unit →rough straightening → fixed length cutting →run out table
1.5 Suggested necessary accessories prepared the Buyer (for reference only)
(1)Mechanical equipment site: 45m X4.5m (length X width)
(2)Electrical equipment site: 5m X 4m (length X width)
(3)Machine unit foundation base (See supplier’s base drawing)
(4)Two sets of 5-ton overhead crane or 10 tons overhead crane.
(6) Blades for tracking saw, specification as per instruction book .The quantity is decided by the customer.
(7) Magnetic bar for welding pipe, purchase as per pipe making size.
(8) One sets of Φ3”, 6m high-pressure pumps for pipe welding machine bed.
(9) 1 set of cooling water pool for pipe-welding machine bed, volume 25m3with water pipe, water pressure meter and valve. (Quantity and sizes shall be decided on site, then purchase outside)
(10) Machine unit electric circuit. Before assembling, circuit must reach the electric cabinet of high-frequency room. Electric connection for high-frequency room to overall control table and button station. (Quantity and sizes shall be decided on site, then purchase outside)
(11) One high-frequency room for machine unit. Adopting ground or attic according to customer’s layout.
(12) Air compressor: one set (market purchase)
(13) Lifting equipment and tooling for installing machine,(crane, steel wire rope, etc) maximum weight of one part is 8tons.
we Shall be responsilbe for quality problem resulted from design and manufacture with one year after successfull installation and debugging and all the expenses for replacing parts and components( exclude human factors and vulerable components ) shall be born by us !
1) Factory will send 1-2technical engineers for installation and testing operation
2) The site, the equipment foundation, cool constructions etc. responsible by buyer according to equipment material which provides by supplier, the equipment for installation (lift equipment, tool etc.), the installation accessory material (wire, drive pipe, water pipe and so on), the labor force arranged by the buyer.
3) The buyer is responsible for power supply, water supply and gas supply to the equipment interface connector
