System composition
The solid state high frequency all-in-one welder consists of 5 parts: SCR all-wave rectifier, IGBT high frequency inverter +PWM voltage regulator, high frequency transformer, FRED quick recovery diode module high frequency rectifier, E-bridge inverter output.The rectifier +PWM AC voltage regulation is completed by one circuit board.PWM control unit board is embedded on the main board. Main functions of the unit board are completed by the single-chip computer +PWM control system. Voltage adjustment and feedback control are completed by combining with the double closed loop PI regulator of the main board.Alarm control by digital circuit as the control core combined with hardware fast response makes the protection action sensitive.
The solid-state high frequency all-in-one welder adopts the full-wave rectification IGBT inverter regulation mode, and does not need the phase shift angle adjustment of SCR.Therefore, it has the advantages of high power factor and good power saving effect also reducing the cross section area of inputting cable.
