2. uncoiler:
Function: It is used to carry the steel coil, the rotating steel coil cooperates with the straight pressure roller and the shovel to disassemble the steel coil. Align the center of the steel coil with the center line of the unit. The decoiler has a micro-brake device to prevent the coil from springing back and loosening during emergency shutdown. When the coiling car transports the steel coil to the center of the uncoiler, the left and right taper heads of the uncoiler support and clamp the steel coil, and then the motor of the uncoiler cooperates with the pressure roller and the blade to open the steel coil, and send the head of the steel strip to the pinch. In the leveler, after the steel belt is fed into the pinch leveler, the clutch of the uncoiler is opened, and the micro-brake device brakes. If the center of the steel strip does not coincide with the center line of the unit after the steel strip enters the pinch leveler, the left and right taper heads of the uncoiler can be moved to the left or right to align the center of the steel strip to the center line of the unit. The left and right taper heads of the decoiler can also move to the left or right with a single head.

3.2 pinch leveling machine

7. Waste edge coiling machine
