Equipment Structure
1. Coil Car
Purpose: Transport the coil material to the uncoiling machine.
Structure: Installed in the roadway below the floor, composed of vehicle seat, traveling wheel shaft, v-shaped material frame, guide bar, traveling deceleration motor and lifting oil cylinder.
2. Uncoiler
Use: Support raw steel coil.
Structure: Double support type with expansion/contraction drum, transmission box, transmission mechanism, pneumatic drum brake, and roller on middle slide.
3. Pressure Leading Device
Purpose: Shovel out bent material head and introduce into traction straightener.
Structure: Composed of roller, roller and plate with bending roll coating, hydraulic pressure system, and electric rotation mechanism.
4. Pull & Straightener
Purpose: Calibrate plate material and feed material head into slitting machine.
Structure: 1 pair pinch feeding roller, 5 leveling rollers (top 2/bottom 3), frame and drive system.
Speed:
- 60m/min (Thickness ≥3.5mm)
- 90m/min (Thickness ≤3.0mm)
5. Shearing
Usage: Cut off irregular plate head for subsequent processing.
Structure: Wallboard, upper/lower knife seat, rectangular blade (four-sided), clearance adjusting mechanism, synchronous gear shaft and driving cylinder.
Blade material: C12MoV
Oil cylinder: Ø150X80mm (2 pcs)
9. Slitter Machine (Double Knives Base Type)
Usage: Cut sheet material lengthways into various widths.
Structure: Slider type with tool shafts, adjustment mechanisms, and transmission device.
Knife shaft specifications: 320 x2000mm Ø, 42CrMo material, surface hard chromium plating
Precision tolerances: Shoulder jump 0.01mm; Diameter jump 0.025mm/1m; Parallelism 0.03mm/1m
