Product Overview

This specialized equipment is designed for producing high-frequency straight seam welded pipes with diameters ranging from Φ60-Φ165mm and wall thicknesses of 3-7mm, including corresponding square pipes and special-shaped pipes (δ≤2.0mm). The complete production line includes components from the uncoiler to the fixed length cutting saw, with adjustable rolling speed optimized for different pipe diameters and wall thicknesses.

The high-frequency straight seam welded pipe production line processes steel belt through a series of units: the steel strip is curled into tube billet by rollers, then welded using high-frequency proximity and skin effects to instantaneously heat the strip edges to welding temperature. The welded pipe is then water cooled, sized, and straightened to required specifications.

This production line incorporates innovative designs based on domestic and international equipment, featuring convenient operation, simple maintenance, high machining quality, and assembly precision to produce high-precision electric welded steel pipes.
