Product Overview

This specialized equipment is designed for producing high-frequency straight seam welded pipes with diameters ranging from Φ60-Φ165mm and wall thicknesses of 3-7mm, including corresponding square pipes and special-shaped pipes (δ≤2.0mm). The complete production line includes all components from the uncoiler to the fixed length cutting saw, with adjustable rolling speeds optimized for different pipe diameters and wall thicknesses.

The high frequency straight seam welded pipe production line processes steel strips through a series of precision operations: the steel strip is fed through rollers to form a tube billet, then welded using high-frequency proximity and skin effects to instantly heat the strip edges to welding temperature. The welded pipe then undergoes water cooling, sizing, and straightening to meet required specifications.
