Product Description
The CE Certification Steel Pipe Manufacturing Machine Automatic Line is designed to uncoil and level coil strips, then shear them to specified lengths at speeds up to 100m/min. This high-performance cut-to-length (CTL) machine is ideal for processing thin sheets or coils with precision and efficiency.
System Components
The ISO9001 certified system includes: coil loading car, single-mandrel decoiler, coil-head guide, press & shoveling equipment, pinch-feeding roller & leveling machine, hole accumulator, side guide, fine leveling & length-fixing machine, pneumatically mechanical shearing machine, delivery belt, piling-up bracket, up-down lifting table, moving-out car, hydraulic system and electric control system.
Technical Capabilities
The high-speed CTL machine processes steel coils with thickness ranging from 0.2-5mm, with customizable width and length specifications to meet customer requirements.
