Production Process

Coils: Carbon steels prepared for pipe and tube production
Uncoiler: Carbon steel coil is placed on the uncoiler
Leveler: The coil stock is leveled
Butt Welding: Connecting the last coil to next coil for uninterrupted forming & sizing
Mill: Series of rolls form the flat steel into pipe
Mill Rollers: Rolls form this size schedule into shape
Welder: Electric Resistance Welder finishes the pipe or tube
Scarfer: The seam is "scarfed" to make the pipe or tube smooth
Saw: Pipe and tube is cut to length
Collecting: Final collection of pipes and tubes for packing
