ERW426 API Tube Mill Machine with FFX Forming for 219-426mm Pipes

ERW426 API high precision tube mill machine for oil and gas pipe production uses advanced FFX forming technology to create steel pipes through HF induction welding. The system forms steel strips into pipe profiles using forming rolls, then applies high-frequency current to heat the bonding surface to welding temperature, completing the weld with pressure from squeezing rolls.

This API-compliant machine is designed for producing high-grade steel pipes including petroleum/natural gas delivery pipes and oil well casings. The system includes specialized equipment for quality assurance such as IF annealing, air-cooled roll tables, ultrasonic inspection, and high-pressure hydraulic testing.
