ZJ-(0.4～4) ×1600mm Full Automatic High Precision High Speed HRC CRC Steel Slitting Machine
This thin sheet slitting line, also called metal coil slitter, is a production line designed to break down master coils into smaller coils of specific widths. The system consists of multiple components working in harmony for efficient operation.

Working Process
The complete operational sequence includes: Coil-loading → Double-mandrel uncoiler → Coil-head-feeding, press & shoveling → Double-roller pinch feeding, five-roller leveling → End-cutting → Hole Accumulator(1) → Strip-aligning → Disc shearing → Scrap reeling → Hole Accumulator(2) → Pre-separator/Tensioner/length-measuring roller → Recoiling/Coils press & separator → Coils-discharging → Hydraulic control → Electric control.
