Production Process
Step 1 - Coils: Carbon steel coils prepared for processing
Step 2 - Uncoiler: Coil placed on uncoiling mechanism
Step 3 - Leveler: Coil stock is leveled for uniform processing
Step 4 - Butt Welding: Connects coils for continuous operation
Step 5 - Mill: Forms flat steel into pipe through roll forming
Step 6 - Mill Rollers: Shapes steel to required dimensions
Step 7 - Welder: Electric Resistance Welder completes the pipe
Step 8 - Scarfer: Smooths the seam for uniform finish
Step 9 - Saw: Cuts pipe to specified lengths
Step 10 - Collecting: Finished pipes collected for packaging
