In addition to standard machines, we also offer specialized equipment covering a wide diameter range of metal tubes and pipes — from 3/16″ (4.76mm) O.D. cold stretch reducing mills to 28″ OD cage mills. As required by the application for welding the tube or pipe, HeBei TengTian can also provide mills with high-frequency induction or contact welders, DC and AC Square Wave Welding (ERW).

Manufacturing Process
  1. Coils: Carbon steels prepared for pipe and tube production
  2. Uncoiler: Carbon steel coil placed on the uncoiler
  3. Leveler: Coil stock is leveled
  4. Butt welding: Connects coils for uninterrupted forming & sizing
  5. Mill: Flat steel formed into pipe through series of rolls
  6. Mill Rollers: Rolls form size schedule into shape
  7. Welder: Electric Resistance Welder finishes the pipe or tube
  8. Scarfer: Seam is scarfed for smooth surface
  9. Saw: Pipe and tube cut to length
  10. Collecting: Final collection of pipes and tubes for packing
