Manufacturing Process

Coils: Carbon steels prepared for pipe and tube production
Uncoiler: Carbon steel coil placed on the uncoiler
Leveler: Coil stock is leveled
Butt welding: Connects coils for uninterrupted forming & sizing
Mill: Flat steel formed into pipe through series of rolls
Mill Rollers: Rolls form size schedule into shape
Welder: Electric Resistance Welder finishes the pipe or tube
Scarfer: Seam is scarfed for smooth surface
Saw: Pipe and tube cut to length
Collecting: Final collection of pipes and tubes for packing
